In the name of God Amen. I Hugh F. Storm of Allegany Township in the County of Cambria State of Pennsylvania, Farmer, being in bad health of body but of sound and deposing mind and memory so make and declare this to be my will and testament in maner folling that is to say I first bequeath my soal to God who gave it then I order that all my just debts and funeral expenses and charges of proving this will may be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and my first thereof I give and bequeath to my wife Cathrine all my goods and chatles debts and ready money lands and tenaments of effects and estate whatsoever and wheresoever boath real and personal and I do hereby nominate constitute and apoint John Sharbaugh Esq. of Summerville Borough in the County of Cambria and State of Penna. Executor of this my will hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my will and testiment hareunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of Oct. A.D. 1865.
