They moved April 15 the same year to the home in this village where Mrs. Avery died, having lived there nearly 59 years. They had two sons and two daughters. Both sons are living; both daughters died in infancy. The funeral of Mrs. Avery was held at the house at 2 o'clock Tuesday, conducted by Rev. E. O. Mather of the M.E. church, of which she was for many years a member. The interment was at Prospect Hill. Mrs. Avery leaves many friends in this community, where she had so long been a resident."7
